Randy has his very own special recipes that he uses his one of a kind BBQ Sauce on. We would like to share some of those tasty recipes from Randy’s own cookbook with you.

Barbequed Chicken Pizza

1 pizza crust or dough
half- pound chicken breasts or tenders, boned, skinless
salt and pepper
¾ cup shredded jack, Italian pizza,
mozzarella or provolone cheese

Clean chicken, pat dry, cut into “bite size” pieces, place into bowl and lavishly cover with RJBBQ Sauce. Place on baking pan or sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Heat pizza stone at same time. Remove chicken from oven and cool. Turn oven to 400. Remove pizza stone from oven when heated (or use a sturdy baking sheet) Place pizza crusts on stone or sheet, brush liberally with RJBBQ SAUCE, then spoon chicken over pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is brown and bubbly – 15 to 20 minutes Remove from oven, let stand 3 minutes, then slice with pizza cutter. Additional toppings: Pre-cooked lean bacon, cream cheese, canned diced green chilies, fresh basil, hot pepper flakes.


Sliced or shredded cheddar cheese
Grilled chicken breast strips
1 large flour tortilla
Shredded lettuce
Ranch-style dressing

Place ¼ cup shredded lettuce in center of tortilla. Add chicken, cheese and top with RJBBQ SAUCE and Ranch dressing. Carefully roll filled tortilla into a cylinder. Enjoy!

RJ's Turkey "Joes"

1 lb ground turkey or chicken
½ c each finely chopped yellow onion, green bell pepper, celery
1 cup water

Combine first four ingredients in a pot. Stirring regularly to break up the turkey, cook over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add water and sauce, reduce heat to low, cook 30 minutes, stirring often. Flavor is best if made a day ahead. Serve on whole wheat hamburger buns
